DescriptionA Certification of Initial Disclosures promises you disclosed all of the documents required by the court's Inventory Affidavit.
TakeawayEach spouse needs to file Certification with the court promising they provided the Inventory Affidavit records to their spouse.

Certification of Initial Disclosures is a signed/notarized form filed with the court each spouse signs promising they provided mandatory financial disclosures to the other spouse. Each county courthouse has their own form that they use.
